Oooh, I really like Model Magic for flexible things, like some masks (if you're making the mask from scratch and not using a base). Here is an example of my Akuram mask from Harukanaru Toki no Naka de (Hachiyoushou or 'Haruka', as it's called in the English manga release).

WonderflexIt's good stuff. It's a heat-forming plastic. Meaning, you cut it, you heat it up, you put it on something, like a foam cut-out of a scythe blade, let it cool off, and then you have a plastic scythe blade. Grats. I know a lot of people who use this for a lot of stuff, so if you're looking to make some kind of weapon, a sword, a scythe, a pair of Axel's chakrams, go with insulation foam (the pink stuff) + wonderflex + spackling (sand) + primer + paint. And then something to seal it.
